By mid-summer, even the best camps tend to fall into a rhythm. Morning activities, lunch, swimming, maybe crafts or sports before pickup. Kids are still having fun, but the schedule starts to feel predictable after a few weeks. That’s usually when camp directors begin looking for something exciting that breaks the pattern.

Initially celebrated in 1868 to honor Union soldiers in the Civil War, Memorial Day has since become a big national holiday, honoring those we’ve lost while bravely serving our country. This year, Memorial Day falls on Monday, May 25th, which will be here before you know it.

Corporate events come in all shapes and sizes. Some are big outdoor picnics. Some are simple appreciation days. Some are just a reason to get people out of the office for a few hours. What they all have in common is that someone has to make them happen. That’s where we come in.
